In 2014, RECAS advised a major state-owned enterprise to successfully acquire a GP platform of a real estate property acquisition company, Rosemont Realty in the US.  Rosemont’s portfolio comprises of 156 office buildings in 23 states (17.5 million sqft), asset under management of 2 billion USD.   RECAS introduced and assisted in the acquisition process.
