In 2014, King Yin Lei is a declared monument located at 45 Stubbs Road, Wan Chai, Hong Kong. The site area is about 4,910 sq m (including outdoor area) with a total gross floor area of approx. 1,735 sq m.  The HKSAR Government announced King Yin Lei as one of the historic buildings in Batch IV of the Revitalization Scheme.

RECAS acted as the Managing Asset Consultant to lead the conceptualization and the compilation of the full submission to the HKSAR Government for the client, including, amongst others:

​

 i ) the development of concepts and positioning of King Yin Lei; and
 

 ii) to select, lead and manage a group of consultants and parties to carry out the feasibility study and the full compilation of the technical and financial submissions for the client to tender for the project.
