Package Six Property Development

In December 2014, MTR Corporation invited developers to express their interest in the new phase of its LOHAS Park residential project in Tseung Kwan O, LOHAS Park Package Six.  A consortium was formed between RECAS, a state-owned enterprise and a publicly listed Hong Kong property developer, and submitted the documents necessary for the Expression-of-Interest exercise. 

 

This consortium was successfully awarded the opportunity to tender for the development by MTRC.  RECAS acted as a strategic partner in the consortium and advised and formulated the bidding strategies.  RECAS, in its strategic role in the consortium, would be the development partner.
 

LOHAS Park Package Six has a site area of approximately 147,400 sq ft and will provide a GFA of approximately 1,474,300 sq ft.  A total of approximately 2,400 residential units will be provided in the development.
