Tahiti Mahana MOU
RECAS Global has signed the MOU for obtaining the development right of Tahiti Mahana Beach Resort (TMBR) with the French Polynesian government on December 19 2015
Tahiti Mahana Beach Resort is a beach site with 64 hectares (including reclamation of beach and 167,660sqm water area for bungalow-over-water) of land in Tahiti, French Polynesia, with a master scheme for development of 6 hotels (From 3+, 4, 4+, 5, 5+ star hotels total 1,800 keys), vacation club (700keys), condos (500 keys),1 km long Mahana promenade with high-end retail and restaurants, shopping mall with office tower, marina with yacht club, VIP club and retails, water park with wave park, cultural village, conference center with museum and mini-golf etc. with around 862,965sqm of GFA. The site is 5 minutes away from the international airport.
